How is the monthly bill calculated?+
Simple: your enrolled student count × the per-student rate of your plan. A 100-student school on eSkolr pays ₹20,000/month. Billing is monthly, against an invoice — no auto-debit.
Are prices inclusive of GST?+
Prices are per student per month, exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate is added on the invoice.
Do students pay anything?+
No. Eskolr is sold to schools. Students and teachers use it as part of the school subscription — there is no per-student charge to families.
Which books are supported?+
NCERT and most state-board and private-publisher textbooks. We process the exact books your school uses, chapter by chapter.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most schools are live within days. We process your chapters, set up your classes, and train your staff — there is no IT project for your team.
Where is our data stored?+
Your data is stored in India and is never sold, in line with the DPDP Act, 2023. Answer generation may use vetted AI providers under data-processing agreements. Your school admin controls all accounts and access.
